The Offer:

The Global Customer & Market Insights team is the key business partner of Urgo Medical. The team’s mission is to provide quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic decisions and enable teams to optimize their resource allocation.

The responsibilities of the Market Data Analyst will include:

Data Management:

  • Build and maintain the global market data dataset by integrating existing and new countries with the help of the Global Data team;
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of data globally (data owner ensuring the proper categorization of data sent by countries for known and new products, and their analysis), while documenting changes in the data pipeline;
  • Ensure a common vision for Urgo Medical through data visualization (creation of dashboards for brands) and maximize the use of market data (dataset and dashboard) by analysts from all departments (including clear data cataloging, support for other analysts on market data);
  • Technical monitoring (tools and data) of all modifications made to the database;
  • Lead market data governance, including stakeholders of the global market data dataset (producers, users at the local and global levels, technical experts).

Market Analysis:

  • Derive actionable market insights from data (market share, market growth, and market size) to support stakeholders in marketing and business decision-making;
  • Monitor KPIs;
  • Feed annual strategic exercises and budgets, as well as global and local strategies, with market data.

Be the Key Data Partner for Countries:

  • Support and assist countries in finding new data sources/updating their data sources;
  • Support teams in using PowerBI dashboards.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1 to 2 years of minimum experience as a data analyst/business analyst;
  • Engineering school (a plus: specialization in data) or business school with a specialization in data.

Required Skills:

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical with a strong business acumen;
  • Agile and able to work transversally with many different teams and countries;
  • Very clear oral and written communication and ability to make numbers accessible;
  • Solution and customer-oriented / positive attitude;
  • Proactive and able to structure work autonomously.

Hard Skills:

  • Previous experience with SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.);
  • Previous experience in data analysis and data modeling;
  • Aptitude for data engineering;
  • Fluent English mandatory;
  • Excel, PowerPoint.
