Our Team

You will be part of the Global Sustainability team at Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (Sanofi CHC). Our objective is to deliver our ambitious sustainability strategy founded on 2 pillars: Healthier Society, Healthier Planet.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop Sanofi CHC’s overall strategy and roadmap on sustainability reporting and disclosure, taking into account reporting requirements and standards such as CSRD, the EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and other relevant reporting frameworks.
  • In close coordination with Finance and Communications, and working with external partners, drive the preparation of sustainability content for the annual report in alignment with CSRD requirements, ensuring a compelling narrative.
  • Support stakeholders in various functions by increasing their understanding of CSRD disclosure requirements, metrics, targets and their role and responsibilities during the annual reporting cycle.
  • Review and update Sanofi CHC’s double materiality assessment, in close collaboration with Finance.
  • Prepare annual CDP responses and other submissions with other key sustainability ratings and rankings.
  • Support other reporting efforts required for investor engagement and internal quarterly performance management reviews.

ABOUT YOU

We believe that professionals with the following experience and skillsets are well-suited for this position:

Education

  • Bachelors’ degree in a relevant field (sustainability, communications, social sciences, etc.)
  • Advanced degree preferred.

Skills/Experience

  • 5-7 years relevant experience managing sustainability reporting and disclosure, including experience with double materiality assessments.
  • Solid grasp of relevant ESG regulations and standards, with a strong and growing knowledge of CSRD and its implications.
  • Demonstrated experience working with international teams.
  • Preferred - Experience working in healthcare or fast-moving consumer products industries.

Organisational Skills

  • Excellent ability to multi-task and consolidate an expansive array of topics and stakeholders.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a high level of accountability in work quality.

Communication

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, developing strong and collaborative working relationships.

Impact Oriented

  • A hands-on, can-do attitude combined with an ability to work strategically and seize opportunities.
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver key milestones.

Languages

  • Excellent English, both in understanding, speaking and writing.
  • French preferred but not required.
