*What You’ll Do*
As a *Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist*, you’ll help kids communicate, connect, and grow — one joyful session at a time.
You will:
* Conduct *speech and language evaluations* for children ages 0–21
* Design & implement *evidence-based, play-centered therapy plans*
* Provide 1:1 or small group sessions to develop speech, language, and social communication skills
* *Collaborate* with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, and assistants in a supportive environment
* Partner with families, offering home strategies and education
* Maintain accurate documentation in our EHR system
* Participate in *community events and workshops* to support family and community growth

*Who You Are*
* Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (required)
* Current Idaho SLP License or eligibility to obtain (required)
* *Clinical Fellows (CFs)* are encouraged to apply!
