Application Engineer

HX Thermal Solution Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 16th March 2005 as Syarikat Sendirian Berhad with a workforce of only two people. HX Thermal Solution has been growing ever since. Today, HX Thermal Solution has a workforce of 34 people including 15 technicians who form the servicing team and 7 people in sales & marketing. Over the years, HX Thermal Solution has become a reputable company that provides high-quality heat exchangers from Germany, Finland, Spain, France, and Holland, as well as high-quality services to big groups such as Felda Group, IOI Group, KL-Kepong, Mewah Group, Sime Darby and Wilmar.

With our accreditation of the ISO 9001 standard, HX Thermal Solution is now equipped and prepared to accommodate a bigger range of products and services for the foreseeable future.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Application Engineer to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Application of new heat exchanger in the process industries.
• Sales & Marketing of new heat exchanger in the process industries.
• To achieve set targets for sales volume, profitability & account receivable.
• Organically grow and manage the existing customer base with increase value propositions.
• Provide assistance to sales & technical support for After Sales & Service.
• Technical drawing design using Auto Cad or other design program.
• Technical presentation for product training to customer.
• Provide timely reports and accurate information.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering.
• 2-3 years of similar experience and product knowledge with proven track record will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal / communications skills verbal and written in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and demonstrate high customer care standards.
• Possess valid driving license.
• Prepared to travel within the country, and overseas as required.
