*About the Role*
This role is pivotal in starting the plumbing line of business at Masters. It requires someone who is willing to be adaptable to the growing business needs and has willingness to grow into a leadership role to mentor less experienced plumbers. It requires a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively with teams and customers in residential and light commercial sites. This leader will start as a department of one and grow a team as they partner with the GM to grow the plumbing line of business from the ground up.

*What We’re Looking For:*
* Licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber (Indiana)
* Leadership experience & ability to build/manage a team
* Customer-focused & quality-driven approach
* Strong knowledge of plumbing codes & safety regulations
* Valid driving license with an acceptable driving record
* A background check is required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
