Our innovation team based in Paris, Nantes, Limoges, Krakow and Berlin is composed of 100+ straightforward and energetic engineers working in an Agile environment and ready to tackle the most complex technical challenges.

The IT Support Manager will be responsible for managing the IT Support team for Europe (3 people). This team is in charge of a wide range of tasks, including onboarding/offboarding users, handling IT Desk tickets, configuring audio/video systems in meeting rooms, managing daily tasks on Google Workspace.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and French. She/he will have excellent leadership skills, and a strong experience in IT support management.

️ Your missions
  • Manage IT Support team, including training, evaluating performance, and providing ongoing support and development
  • Monitor and optimize IT Support performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Improve existing processes, and/or create new ones
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices to ensure the company's IT Support provides a high quality level of services
  • Handle efficient and clear communication to employees about IT issues / fix / …
  • Be proactive for physical equipment in offices (printers, meeting rooms, flex office desk, ...) to ensure a high level of satisfaction for all users

  • You have 3+ years of experience within an IT Support function and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing an IT support team
  • Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
  • You love helping people and investigating to solve problems in a fast-paced environment, and you demonstrate strong customer service skills
  • You have an understanding of network and security best practices in the corporate environment
  • You are eager to learn
  • Fluent English
