Mondial Relay is looking for a passionate IT Program Manager with good Agile knowledge to manage strategic projects, in connection with the various departments of the company.

This role requires a strong and resilient project manager with excellent communication and leadership skills who enjoys problem solving.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Lead one or multiple transversal projects / programs to drive alignment between several teams and departments regarding strategic challenges.
  2. Coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups including early engagement to achieve effective buy-in.
  3. In collaboration with our experts, design and recommend appropriate, reliable and scalable technical solutions.
  4. Identify project risks and issues; make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.
  5. Ensure impacts of issues are communicated so all parties are aligned.
  6. Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts.
  7. Ensure timely use of project and technology tools to help drive accountability. Ensure project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in engineering school (such as Centrale, ISEN, etc.), Project Management or related field, OR equivalent.
  2. Previous proven project leadership experience (3+ years).
  3. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and create a cohesive project team.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations, conducting meetings, and delivering presentations.
  5. Ability to solve complex problems in order to present them in a simple and effective way.
  6. Autonomous and rigorous, with a strong sense of organization and reactivity.
  7. Experience in Software Development or Technical Support preferred.
  8. Fluent written and spoken French and English.
