Responsibilities
Professionals in graphics and media design are responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging content across various digital and print media platforms. They utilize their expertise in graphic design, multimedia production, and visual communication to convey messages, tell stories, and enhance brand identity and awareness. Typical responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for websites, social media, marketing collateral, and other communication channels, using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. Graphics and media design roles also involve creating multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations, to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively. Additionally, professionals may collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and clients to understand project requirements, provide creative direction, and ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and objectives. Their expertise in areas such as typography, color theory, user experience design, and digital media production enables organizations to create visually stunning and impactful designs that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversion.
The Graphic Designer position requires a highly creative thinker with excellent technical skills and acute attention to detail, as well as the capacity to manage multiple projects with ease and efficiency. The Graphic Designer will also ensure all work, both creative and technical, is reviewed for accuracy and approved prior to submission. Further, the Graphic Designer must have a strong and attentive eye for styling, creating layouts and utilizing typography. Position will be responsible for maintaining the file database, and responsible for ordering materials and supplies
Participates in the proofing process of all materials before they are finalized, executed, or printed with the field/business.
Coordinates vendor relationships and associated product production to ensure services are delivered according to specification, e.g. time, quality, and cost.
Preparing finished layout for web and/or print, preflight disks, and output.
Organize and timely prepare archives of assets, tools, and source files per Creative Services’ protocols/procedures that promote collaborative resource sharing. This will be a hybrid position with the opportunity to work from home, but candidates must be local to the Philadelphia, PA area.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of arts degree in graphic/web design or related field required.
0-3 years’ experience.
US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud design suite required (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, etc.)
Interactive PDF design
Desired Qualifications
Expert skills in PowerPoint. Ability to work with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Eager to learn new technology if needed.
Maintain organized file system.
Must know fundamentals of print design and production, Expert skill in mocking up presentations and brochures or other materials for conferences.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to handle constructive feedback.
Demonstrate independent decision making and conceptual thinking.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.
Posted Salary Range
USD $52,600.00 - USD $82,150.00 /Yr.
