Outsight’s software solutions track the motion of people and vehicles using 3D LiDAR data.

Operators of transportation hubs like airports and train stations but also sport venues, road infrastructures and industrial sites can now access accurate and anonymous Spatial Intelligence data, in order to improve operations and increase user safety and satisfaction.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Field Application Engineer in the Customer Support team, you are the customer's privileged point of contact for all aspects related to the deployment of our “Spatial Intelligence Platform” solutions intended for managers of public places (Airports, etc.) and “Real-time 3D perception” for developers of smart machines and systems (robotics, real-time mapping, automatic pilots, aerial inspection, etc.)

What will be your responsibilities?

  1. Serve as the primary technical contact for deploying our solutions in public spaces and smart infrastructures.
  2. Lead product installations and manage customer feedback, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  3. Analyze and resolve technical issues, contributing to product improvement.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver training materials that help customers get the most out of the company's products and services. Deliver onboarding training to new customers to help them understand and adopt Outsight solutions.
  5. Generate new sales opportunities: Identify the right stakeholders in the existing customer portfolio, provide insights on customer needs and upcoming projects to the sales team. Help close deals by answering customer questions and addressing any concerns, delivering demos of Outsight solutions and attending to pre-sales customer meetings when requested.
  6. Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development. Provide valuable input on product features, marketing campaigns, and customer support initiatives, and in particular document Feature Requests (tagged as sales or delivery blockers).

What are the requirements for the role?

  1. Master’s in Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating a history of effective project management and customer engagement.
  3. Clear communicator, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
  4. Strong IT & network knowledge.
  5. Fluent in English.
  6. Proactive, detail-oriented, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Willingness to travel.
