Your role

Interested in working in financial services and have an interest in programming, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Technology Graduate Talent Program.

• Help us code state-of-the-art solutions for our clients.
• Collaborate with the business to assess opportunities for creating web applications with Java and Azure.
• Gather information through surveying, analyzing and evaluating processes, products, and services.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Self Service team in Zurich. We work according to Agile@UBS, which represents the new way of working at UBS, aiming to quickly develop innovative solutions and digitize key client products end to end. In this crew, you will be working in one of our 10 agile teams focused on building digital self-service solutions for existing and prospective clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• Has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a MINT topic, no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date.
• Has experience with high-level programming languages, databases, and software.
• Ideally has experience in Java and cloud platforms.
• Has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training, and teaches you core skills and knowledge about regulatory and compliance issues. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one or several rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
