Senior Web Developer

ELP Group, a financial industry firm, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer. As we grow in a competitive market, we are looking for a motivated individual eager to expand their skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

1. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems;
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a fast-paced environment;
3. Report to the IT Manager;
4. Demonstrate strong self-management skills, including setting and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision;
5. Thrive in a dynamic, small company environment.

Requirements

1. Full-stack experience in React or NextJS;
2. Experience working on the backend as a .NET Developer and/or Node.js;
3. Knowledge of C#, .NET, Web API, OOP/OOD, Javascript;
4. Experience with microservices, RESTful API;
5. Solid database knowledge (MS SQL; writing/analyzing queries);
6. Understanding of DB design and how it affects performance/maintainability;
7. Knowledge of Cloud hosting and management for Web projects (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or others);
8. Ability to analyze and debug performance and caching issues;
9. Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian.

Plus: preference will be given to candidates with the following characteristics

1. Client-side development (preferably React.js);
2. Server-side development (preferably Node.js);
3. Demonstrable workflow skills (e.g. GitHub, Gitlab or similar);
4. Previous experience in online trading, banking or brokerage industry;
5. Knowledge of ASP.NET Core, Typescript;
6. Experience with Vercel;
7. Experience with Firebase or any real-time document database.
