About

World Wide Technology is looking for a Level 2 NOC Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ 85051 (Onsite). This role is part of WWTs Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWTs preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner. Contract: 6 months with potential to go full time Location: Scottsdale, AZ - onsite 3-4 days per week Start Date: ASAP Expected 40 hrs/week with flexibility (after-hours bridge calls offset with time adjustments). Overtime eligible beyond 40 hours. Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on Cisco Meraki, firewall, and route/switch environments. Act as technical leads for shifts (potential shift leads). Support incident/ServiceNow process improvement. Troubleshoot Meraki devices and firewalls. Handle incident and service requests (ServiceNow). Join and contribute confidently on bridge calls. Support 24x7 operations via follow-the-sun with India team. Potentially serve as shift leads (manage 4-5 people per shift). Requirements:
CCNA preferred, CCNP preferred. Strong networking fundamentals (firewall, routing, switching). Personality: confident, process ownership, able to speak up on calls. Seniority level:
