You are an integral part of the success of the B2B Telco business and have the power to influence it directly. You analyze our data and prepare them in "smart" dashboards as control instruments for our business. Based on the results, we define optimal measures and generate corresponding leads for sales campaigns and technological product migrations. In this way, you contribute to achieving revenue and migration goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing market and customer behaviour to define actions and generate leads for sales campaigns.
2. Continuous development of sales dashboards to improve churn prevention, upselling and other revenue and margin-related improvements.
3. Planning and managing technological product migration campaigns in collaboration with stakeholders from various departments.
4. Responsible for enhancing sales order entry and customer revenues for short and long-term planning.

Your Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree (Uni/UAS/FH) in Business Informatics, Data Science or a relevant field.
2. Several years of experience and strong knowledge in IT business analysis, data analytics, data mining, data warehousing and AI algorithms.
3. Proficiency in data science platforms for data preparation such as KNIME.
4. Solid experience in BI analytics for data visualisation e.g. Tableau.

What Makes You Stand Out:

1. Very good understanding of the B2B telecommunications market and its offerings.
2. Ability to comprehend complex IT systems, structure complex business problems and develop pragmatic solutions.
3. Very good analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and methodical approach.
4. Proficient in German and English; French is a plus.
