Tasks

• Human resources and technical management of internal software development
• Ensuring the smooth application operation of SAP systems in the development environment (S/4 HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, etc.)
• Further development of the SAP system with a focus on compliance with the SAP standard
• Generation of technical specifications and cost estimates, including make or buy decisions
• Defining work packages for sprints to ensure releases taking into account the time-to-market (scrum)
• Technical contact for our external partners
• Support, train and promote learners in the field of application development

Skills

• IT technical training or business administration training with IT technical training at FH or HF level with a strong sense of programming languages and technical contexts
• Trainer qualification (learner) in application development or willingness to achieve it
• Multi-year proven fullstack development in SAP environment (ABAP, UI 5, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, etc.), advantageous in retail
• Knowledge of interface techniques and tools (EDI, CPI, Lobster Data, etc.)
• Leadership with internal and external SAP and non-SAP developers
• Creative, networked and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong quality awareness and customer orientation
