We are seeking a *full-time Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our established, patient-centered practice. We are a modern, boutique style privately owned dental office committed to providing the highest standard of clinical excellence and personalized care. Our ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance in accordance with current clinical guidelines.
* Obtain and interpret diagnostic radiographs.
* Conduct comprehensive oral cancer screenings and charting.
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment recommendations.
* Document all clinical findings and procedures accurately in patient records.
* Collaborate effectively with the doctor and team to ensure seamless patient care.
* Maintain compliance with OSHA and infection control protocols.
*Qualifications*
* Current Colorado Dental Hygienist license in good standing.
* Local anesthesia certification.
* Current CPR/BLS certification.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to delivering patient-focused, evidence-based care.
