Job Description
- Be the first point of contact for IT support (resolving helpdesk requests).
- In charge of IT support Level 1 & 2 and escalating to Level 3 when necessary.
- Manage Azure and O365.
- Diagnose and resolve issues concerning printers and videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Offer assistance to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and software.
- Record all IT support activities and resolutions in the company's IT helpdesk system.
- Work closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organization.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin or IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of O365 and in administering Azure.
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues, including printers and videoconferencing devices such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Knowledge of system security, including intrusion detection systems, and data backup/recovery.
- Customer-focused approach, capable of delivering high-quality support to users with varying technical abilities.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in French and a very good level of English.
