Job Description

  1. Be the first point of contact for IT support (resolving helpdesk requests).
  2. In charge of IT support Level 1 & 2 and escalating to Level 3 when necessary.
  3. Manage Azure and O365.
  4. Diagnose and resolve issues concerning printers and videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.).
  5. Offer assistance to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and software.
  6. Record all IT support activities and resolutions in the company's IT helpdesk system.
  7. Work closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  1. At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin or IT support role.
  2. Strong knowledge of O365 and in administering Azure.
  3. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues, including printers and videoconferencing devices such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  4. Knowledge of system security, including intrusion detection systems, and data backup/recovery.
  5. Customer-focused approach, capable of delivering high-quality support to users with varying technical abilities.
  6. Strong communication skills with fluency in French and a very good level of English.
