Mission

As our Digital TV solution is continuing to grow in the Cloud and in On-premises platforms, we are looking for a Software Automation Engineer working at system level and dealing with complex eco-systems including backend, frontend and third parties.

This role interacts closely with development, operation and architecture teams in an agile/devops context.

Responsibilities

• Setup, develop, run and maintain automated system tests (functional, performance, security, upgrade…)
• Continuously enhance and improve automation frameworks and tools
• Contribute on the definition of the test strategy and test coverage of the different features & solution
• Conduct investigations to identify sources of errors and bottlenecks in highly inter-connected systems (in the cloud and on-premises)
• Provide support to operational and development teams

Requirements / Profile

Skills and Experience

• Experienced in development or scripting (Java/groovy, Python, shell, …)
• Experienced with test automation tools or frameworks (Selenium, Jmeter, Pytest, ReadyAPI, Appium…).
• Experienced with collaborative and dev tools like Jenkins, GIT/Perforce, Jira, PyCharm, VScode or equivalent
• Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure…)
• Virtualization layers knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes, VMWare, OLVM…)
• Internet equipment and protocols knowledge (TCP/IP, HTTPS, REST, routers, load balancers, gateways, reverse proxies…)

Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in computer science engineering (HES, EPF) or equivalent.
• Team player and open to a multi-cultural and international environment
• Ability to work in Agile/DevOps environment
• Fluent in English. French a plus
