Bright Dental is a friendly, patient centered practice focused on building real relationships and providing high quality care. We are looking for a *Lead Dental Hygienist* to help guide and grow our hygiene department. New grads and experienced hygienists are welcome!
*Not licensed in Indiana yet?*
We will *cover the cost* to help you obtain your Indiana dental hygiene license.
*Responsibilities:*
* Serve as the liaison for HIPAA, OSHA, and CPR compliance to ensure the practice meets all safety and regulatory standards
* Lead and manage the hygiene department, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality care
* Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options
* Perform routine dental cleanings, examinations, and preventive care
* Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
* Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive patient care
* Ensure a safe and sterile working environment for both patients and staff

*Schedule:*
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and some Fridays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
