*Requirements*
* Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and orthopedic principles.
* Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), preferred, or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
