OPPORTUNITY

The business has a unique opportunity to realign business processes globally and make the entire Group ready for the future. Today, around 14,000 employees work with existing SAP ERP systems, calling up over 50 million transactions every month.

Our client aims to standardize and regularize different ERP systems from numerous companies across the entire Group during the changeover from SAP R/3 to SAP S/4HANA. The goal is to be as close as possible to the SAP standard and to harmonize processes across all segments and countries wherever it makes sense, focusing on efficiency, effectiveness, speed, flexibility, and compliance.

YOUR ROLE

  • Analyze (regional/segment-specific) business requirements towards the global template SAP S/4HANA system in local fit-gap analyses under leadership of deputy/hub process owners.
  • Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization & standardization and liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, e.g., data cleansing.
  • Develop process maps and process models to illustrate adapted business processes.
  • Define and execute the Cut-Over strategy with a focus on data migration and roles setup, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub-lead, also across SBUs/segments).
  • Under coordination of the training lead, help with the creation of training material and, if required, end user training.

YOUR PROFILE

  • For the Senior Role: 4-6 years of relevant professional experience.
  • For the Junior Role: Beginner - Key users are also welcome.
  • In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plan-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report, and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management).
  • Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes.
  • Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
  • Excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
