IT Manager/Solution Architect (m/w)

Join our team to lead AI and digital transformation in Financial Services, using new tech to create efficient, data-driven solutions in banking and insurance.
Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, innovative technical solutions that align with business goals and technological standards.
Design data pipelines and integrate data engineering solutions, ensuring they are adaptable and maintainable for long-term success.
Build and deploy enterprise-scale solutions using cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern programming languages (Python, Java).
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technical professionals, including software engineers, data engineers, and developers.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 8-12 years in IT architecture, software development, or data engineering, with at least 5 years focused on hands-on leadership and consulting.
Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python and Java, a deep understanding of high-performance systems, data engineering, and software development, alongside experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code, APIs, microservices, DevOps and various data technologies like SQL, NoSQL and big data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop).
Collaboration & Teamwork: Strong ability to foster cross-functional collaboration, building strong partnerships across teams and ensuring seamless project delivery.
Proficient in German and English
