Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Order Picker to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently moving products and materials throughout the facility. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving processes, contributing to overall warehouse productivity.
Duties
- Operate Order picker & Ride on walkie to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Load and unload products from delivery trucks and containers.
- Assist with order picking and packing to ensure timely shipment of products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy equipment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year expierence required.
- Previous experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving processes.
- Skills in order picking, mechanical knowledge, and heavy equipment operation are advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of work.
Candidate should be authorized to work full time for any employer in Canada.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
