We are looking for a SERVICE ADVISER to join our team at Raybern Motors. We are a family owned business that has been in operation since 1974. Being a smaller show we focus on high quality work with expectational customer service.
The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through their automotive service needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in automotive repair and customer service will be essential in providing accurate information and recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Protractor Software knowledge is a must
- Greet incoming customers and generate work as per repair order
- Assess customer needs by actively listening and asking relevant questions regarding vehicle issues
- Provide detailed explanations of services required and recommend additional services based on mechanical knowledge
- Transform complex automotive jargon into simple and understandable language
- Answer phones and give information as required
- Follow up phone calls - notify customer when vehicle is ready
- Experience in handling multiple priorities in fast paced environment
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring a welcoming environment
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Service Adviser: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 2 year (required)
- Valid AB drive's license
- Knowledge to use Protractor (required)
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
