Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
- Monitor financial performance and assist in meeting sales and cost targets
- Uphold company policies and health & safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain a positive team culture
- Knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, and inventory control
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
