We're looking for an experienced
Mechanical / HVAC Manager
to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and schedule
  HVAC preventive maintenance
  programs for condominium buildings
• Prepare
  proposals and deficiency quotations
  following inspections
• Lead and support technicians
  , ensuring all work meets Ontario code and company quality standards
• Coordinate with
  suppliers, property managers, and Hudson executives
  to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Arrange and manage jobs
  — from parts sourcing to completion verification
• Communicate technical issues clearly and confidently to non-technical audiences
• Upsell maintenance and repair opportunities
  by identifying value-add solutions for clients
• Step in hands-on when needed to ensure smooth project execution

What We're Looking For

G1
or
Strong G2 Technician
or
313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic
license

5+ years' experience
in base-building HVAC maintenance or mechanical management

Comfortable using computers, proposal templates, and project management tools

Excellent communication skills — able to explain HVAC concepts to condo managers and boards

Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality work efficiently

Strong technical judgment and initiative to solve problems proactively

Confident identifying opportunities to
upsell repairs or upgrades
that benefit clients
