Program Evaluator

The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Digital Marketing Program related programs.

PTIB Standards:

Credential Requirement:

• Relevant credential plus a minimum of two years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction.
• No credential but a minimum of ten years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.

Educational Background:

• Post-secondary three-year Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design or a related discipline required
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or design preferred

Professional Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' post-secondary teaching experience
• Minimum 7 years' experience in the graphic design industry
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
• Experience in art direction, professional Illustration, and corporate branding
• A strong portfolio showing a range of creative work
• Knowledge of pre-press production and workflow
• Strong sense of design theory and typography
• Client management skills including costing, quoting and job timeline management an asset
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to relate effectively to a wide variety of learners from different backgrounds
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with various technologies
• Previous post-secondary teaching experience (hybrid and/or online delivery) and knowledge of curriculum design and student evaluations are assets

Compensation:

• This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project
