Your days will include:

Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Maintaining quality and legislative standards through Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Directing daily production operations, including scheduling employees and resolving issues
• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives to optimize processes, reduce costs, and maintain quality
• Supporting employee relations, productivity, labor management, equipment performance, and sanitation
• Leading, coaching, and developing team members through clear expectations, performance feedback, and guidance
• Embracing flexibility to work various shifts as operational needs require

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Proven ability to proactively manage employee and management relationships
• Results-oriented mindset, able to work effectively within a functional team while exemplifying HyLife values
• Strong planning, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
• Self-starter with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Continuous learner with adaptability and willingness to embrace change
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
