We are and extremely busy auto repair and maintenance shop in SW Calgary seeking a Licensed Red Seal Automotive Service Technician or a highly experienced and capable apprentice.

The ideal candidate:

-An extremely reliable person who shows up to get the job done

-Someone who keeps busy by handling miscellaneous tasks without being asked

-An outgoing, enthusiastic and positive attitude

-Self directed with strong decision making capabilities

-Safety first Observing shop flow and happy to make suggestions upon how we may be safer or more productive in all aspects

-Must love consistently working directly with amazing people

-Good general computer skills and strong typing abilities

-Valid Alberta driver license with a clean abstract. Confidence and ability to drive multiple vehicles with Manual or Automatic transmission

-Great attention to detail

-Striving to improve themselves and the company that they work within

-Excellent spoken and written English

Job description:

-All makes auto service / repair and maintenance

-Perform Digital Inspections

-Perform road tests

-High level of ability for advanced electrical and mechanical testing/diagnostics with the use of scanners, scopes, meters etc.

-Extreme care in dealing with people making sure that every customer feels valuable and important

-Quality control

-Shop cleaning and maintenance
