Scrum Master

Our client is hiring a Senior IT Scrum Master. This is a hybrid role in Montreal.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Scrum teams through the full software development lifecycle using Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives to keep teams aligned and productive.
• Remove obstacles that block progress and ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, IT, QA, Security, and Change Management to deliver impactful software solutions.

Experience:
- 8+ years as a certified Scrum Master leading Agile teams to deliver complex technology initiatives.
- Expert in Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban systems to enhance visibility, collaboration, and delivery.
- Strong collaborator across business, technical, and vendor teams, driving alignment and accountability.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Hands-on background in software development and IT/business analysis to bridge technical and business perspectives.
