Your Mission

Reporting to the Governance, Risk & Compliance director, this is a pivotal role between Governance and Cybersecurity. Bringing extensive knowledge across multiple information security areas, including Cloud Security and privacy matters, youwill identify risks and future issues, propose adequate solutions and oversee the implementation of InfoSec measures.

  • Conduct gap assessments on international information security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 27017/18, HITRUST, etc.)
  • Perform comprehensive risk assessments, including related to product development
  • Define, control and monitor new and existing Information Security processes, measures and policies
  • The role extends to company wide programs, where the Information Security Governance Manager serves as one of the go-to Information Security & privacy experts.
  • Provide input on tenders, respond to requests from prospects (procurement) and customers

Requirements

To be best set for success in this role, we see your bringing:

  • At least 5 years working experience within Information Security, with industry/domain exposure to working loosely with cloud-based software/platform organisations.
  • Further experience within a Big 4 of lobal IT services consulting company is valuable.
  • Experience working within ISO 27001 critical, additional exposure to ISO 27017/18 and HITRUST highly valuable
  • Recognized Information Security certification (CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, etc.)
  • Although this role is not involved in the technical implementation of cybersecurity you will collaborate closely with those who are, we expect you to bring previous experience within a technical environment. Individuals with a background exclusive in Legal, Compliance and Governance are less likely to be suitable.
