*The Opportunity: What You Will Do*
As a key member of our seasoned team, you will contribute directly to our mission of helping patients achieve a more active, pain-free life.
* *Execute advanced treatment plans* utilizing the latest evidence-based techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
* *Empower patients* through thorough education on self-management, injury prevention, and customized home exercise programs.
* *Collaborate effectively* with the therapy team, coordinating care and diligently documenting patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Maintain the welcoming, organized, and positive atmosphere that defines our clinic culture.
*Compensation & Schedule*
* *Salary:* Competitive annual salary range of *$90,000 - $112,000*, commensurate with experience.
* *Bonus:* A generous *$5,000 Sign-On Bonus* upon hire.
* *Schedule:* Full-Time, Monday through Friday (typically 8 AM - 5 PM).

We are seeking a *spirited, intelligent, and hardworking* professional who meets the following criteria:
* *Required:* Current and unencumbered *California Physical Therapy license*.
* *Essential:* Exceptional interpersonal skills and clear, compelling communication.
* *Must thrive* in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a genuine passion for promoting physical health.
* *Highly Preferred:* Prior experience in an *outpatient orthopedic clinic setting* is a distinct advantage.
