Accurately maintain property transaction files in line with legal and internal process requirements Follow all company workflow processes with precision Manage tasks efficiently within agreed service levels and deadlines Open new case files and order property searches for purchases Conduct transaction chain checks and manage pre-sale files Capture and record file closure feedback in the system Build strong relationships with solicitors, estate agents, buyers, and sellers Provide guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process Support the Sales Progression team once administrative tasks are complete Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service Represent the company positively in all interactions Follow GDPR, confidentiality, and internal escalation processes
