Responsibilities Data warehouse support. Incident management and User testing. This is a user support role (not call center). Primary duties include data validation, researching and responding to user incidents relating to data issues. We do not do analytics or reporting, but support a KP community of over 900 users. Strong analytic skills valued, data warehousing experience (building, supporting, using) highly desirable. User testing of release and defect fixes is a large part of the role. Experience in healthcare insurance highly desired, the warehouse contains data on membership, coverage, and benefits.
Job description:
Minimum 6 years of experience required Bachelors degree Must have strong ORACLE SQL experience; ability to write queries, debugging, etc. Must have Data warehouse system support experience Will be doing UAT work for data warehouse - writing queries, testing queries, etc. Healthcare experience
