Job Title: UX Designer (Interaction & Prototyping)

Role Summary
You convert research into journeys/flows and interactive Figma prototypes that engineers can ship quickly in React. You specify states, responsive behavior, and plain-language labels with a11y in mind, validate early, and run design QA during UAT. You keep rationale & decisions discoverable in Confluence. Success = reduced ambiguity, faster delivery, and improved task success.
What you'll do
- Produce flows/prototypes with acceptance criteria and a11y notes; validate early; document in Confluence.
- Specify states, responsiveness, and content; ensure reading order/focus are correct.
- De-risk complex flows/perf constraints with engineers; propose feasible alternatives.
- Prepare design QA checklists; support UAT; file/verify defects; curate a prototype library.
- Track outcome metrics (task success/time, satisfaction); propose evidence-backed improvements.
- Coordinate with writers/trainers on in-product help & onboarding; version/retire prototypes responsibly.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years product design; strong prototyping, usability facilitation, a11y practice.
Preferred Certifications
NN/g UX or HFI CUA; IAAP CPACC

Pay: $105, $115,000.00 per year
