Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

Develop and execute the company’s digital product strategy focusing on digitalizing real estate business processes.
Continuously update and prioritize the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
Analyze emerging market needs and define business requirements for innovative features.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure product enhancements resonate with user needs.
Organize and lead product demos, effectively showcasing new features to stakeholders.
Act as the bridge between the engineering team and internal and external users, ensuring open communication channels.
Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the release of high-quality software products.
Oversee all phases of the development process, from ideation to deployment.
Maintain and manage an organized product backlog, ensuring it reflects the company's strategic priorities.
Define and monitor relevant KPIs, measuring the business impact of product initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Your profile

A minimum of two years of work experience in roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst, specifically within the digital space or software industry.
Strong technical understanding coupled with analytical problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience in adopting agile methodologies and actively participating in a scrum team.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
Proficient in spoken and written German.
Demonstrated the ability to adapt to varying workflows, emphasizing teamwork and effective communication.
Domain expertise in real estate and financial products is a plus, though not mandatory.
Familiarity with BPMN or comparable methodologies is considered a valuable asset.
Must possess a valid working permit for Germany or the European Union.
