Data Analyst Confirmé H/F

ACTIVUS Group is looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to monitor the quality of consumption data and participate in continuous improvement projects. The role involves tracking data recovery and quality, developing reporting tools, and providing analytical support to the team.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Monitor the recovery and quality of consumption data used in billing and adjustments
• Develop and maintain daily quality reporting tools for consumption data
• Create tools for data recovery to support annual regulation calculations
• Identify and address data recovery issues
• Enhance and streamline monitoring and resolution processes
• Provide analytical support for data exploration and complex analyses
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving activities and processes
• Support the definition and enhancement of billing processes
• Participate in automation projects and testing phases
