We're looking for an innovative, passionate, and talented Director – Software Product Manager like you to join our team. As part of the Automotive Engineering and System Marketing organization, you will lead the challenging strategy and development of the new S32 CoreRide SW platform, enabling automotive customers to address the Software Defined Vehicle challenges in the coming years. In collaboration with ecosystem partners, this platform will create a path to production for our automotive customers.

Job Summary:

• Define and execute the strategy and the roadmap of the S32 CoreRide SW platform.
• Accountable for the product strategy, product definition process, and drive the lifecycle management and technical design.
• Work in close alignment with the automotive SW R&D.
• Collaborate with the different automotive product lines to define the best solution for a given platform.
• Owner of the legal and commercial framework with ecosystem players to build an offer covering the complete value chain.

Key Challenges:

• Knowledge of automotive embedded software and semiconductors is mandatory.
• Experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications:

• B.S. in Business Management, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or similar Degree.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading successful SW integration at OEM.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Job Location:

• Preference to Munich, Germany or Glasgow, Scotland or Toulouse, France.
