Safety and Compliance Coordinator

Trilink Logistics Inc. is currently looking for a Safety and Compliance Manager to join our Family. The Safety and Compliance Manager will develop, implement, and administer policies and programs to establish and promote safety, Monitor e-logs and track drivers are compliant with US and CA Regulations, Provide training for E-logs and pre-trip inspections, etc.
Maintain all equipment files. And managing, processing, and auditing driver logs. Follow up on any outstanding discrepancies. Collision / Incident Investigation. Manage and maintain all driver and equipment files; ensuring all documents are up to date. Completing accident/incident reports when required. Manage and maintain all Driver Qualification files. Scheduling safety meetings/training. Monitor company rating CVOR, USDOT and FMCSA monthly. Complete WSIB filing and clearance-certificates. Conduct internal CVOR and DOT Audit. Processing and maintaining CTPAT. Maintain MTO and DOT inspection reports and perform repairs etc. Search driver's licenses with M.T.O. on regular basis and audit driver's CVOR reports. Oversee claims reporting, legal matters, mitigate claims costs. Conduct and/or assist with accident/collision and incident investigation. Screening and interviewing prospective drivers/brokers and attending recruitment events. Conducting all required training and orientation of new and current drivers. Scheduling safety meetings/training with drivers. Monitor owner operator vehicle maintenance. Schedule maintenance for equipment.
