Well established, family run portfolio seeks a Registered Manager for long term relationship in Bristol. As a Registered Manager if you are looking towards Senior Management responsibility within care, this could certainly be the perfect match. As a Registered Manager do you LOVE leading teams in order to make a positive difference to the lives of individuals they care for? This is a small service less than 11 beds, with a real community feel, all about enriching lives. Now this role won't be for everyone: YOU WILL You will have previous experience of caring for those people with learning disabilities, autism (ASD) and mental health. You will have 3 or more years Registered Management experience and hold an NVQ 5 or RMA equivalent, or at least be working towards this. You will be a dab hand at marketing with a good and far-reaching network.Now I can't promise you flowers or chocolates, though they may be forthcoming in time, but you will be handsomely rewarded with a salary of up to £45,000, depending on experience. This comes with a robust induction, continuing professional development and 6 weeks paid holiday, plus the opportunity to earn up to an extra 5 days.
