Responsibilities:
Be able to provide support onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. Develop solutions for systems & networks that support mission critical and mission essential infrastructure. Analyze existing systems & networks and make proactive recommendations to drive change and create efficiencies. Willing to perform minimal break - fix tasks Requirements:
2 years with a bachelor's degree in an IT field; 6 years' experience in lieu of a degree Experience with Windows and/or Linux Server Operating Systems Experience with Infrastructure Support Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Server Operating System MS 2019 Knowledge of Power Shell and Basic commands Knowledge of MS patching process using WSUS Knowledge of Active Directory Knowledge of RMF and A&A accreditation process
