Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and technology sales, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and developing strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to reach individual and collective targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts through effective account management and customer service excellence.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a strong focus on B2B technology sales preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing sales teams and driving performance improvements.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals effectively.
- Experience in business development and account management is essential.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
