What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a winning sales team
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Set aggressive targets — and hit them
- Manage inventory, marketing initiatives, and finance performance
- Foster a culture of accountability, energy, and success
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in automotive sales management (automotive industry experience is a major asset)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- A relentless drive for excellence — and the discipline to back it up
- Strategic thinker with a passion for people and performance
