Join our R&D Data Management and Data Governance team. Our unit is responsible for digitalization within the Research & Development for Crop Protection at a global level.

  • You communicate (globally) with a diverse set of stakeholders, including BASF-internal users and software developers of laboratory IT solutions
  • During on-site stays, you visit BASF-internal users at their labsites to take up requirements.
  • For digitalization projects, you write specification documents with user requirements for onboarding laboratories to Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELNs).
  • You will have the opportunity to apply your practical knowledge in configuring and working with Azure DevOps tickets and boards.
  • Additionally, you support the bundling of digitalization efforts accross laboratories to enhance efficiency.

  • university degree in chemistry or a comparable education
  • experience in working as part of project teams
  • experience with agile frameworks
  • secure and efficient command of MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word
  • strong communication skills in both German and English

  • 30 days of paid vacation, special leave and sabbatical options.
  • Location-independent work models with defined days of presence in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
