*Responsibilities:*
* Provide *gentle, thorough dental cleanings* and *preventive care* for pediatric patients and patients with special health care needs.
* Prepare and *sterilize instruments and treatment rooms* following safety and infection control protocols.
* Take *digital X-rays* as needed for treatment planning.
* Help create a *calm, fun, and welcoming environment* for young patients.
* Provide scaling and polishing and educate children and parents on *oral hygiene, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions* in an engaging way.
* Maintain *accurate patient records and charting* in a paperless system.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* ✅ *Licensed Dental Hygienist (MA) – Required*
* ✅ *Pediatric dental experience preferred, but not required*
* ✅ Strong *communication and interpersonal skills* – ability to connect with children, parents, and team members.
* ✅ A *gentle, fun, and patient-focused attitude* – we want kids to love coming to the dentist!
* ✅ *Enthusiasm for teamwork*, education, and creating great patient experiences

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $55.00 per hour
