We are seeking a
Salesforce Developer / Administrator
to provide ongoing support, administration, and development of our Salesforce CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
Salesforce administration, user support, and platform optimization , with a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a
Salesforce Developer
responsible for supporting and enhancing existing Salesforce applications. Perform
daily administration
of the Salesforce CRM platform, including managing user setup, roles, profiles, and security settings. Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and process automation to meet business requirements. Develop
custom reports and dashboards
to support business analytics and reporting needs. Provide
advanced user support , troubleshooting, and solutions for complex Salesforce issues. Conduct
data quality audits, cleansing, and deduplication
to maintain CRM data integrity. Assist with
integration of Salesforce
with other enterprise systems. Support
system upgrades, new feature implementations, and release management . Create and maintain
documentation, training materials, and user guides . Monitor
system performance , recommend optimizations, and ensure adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals. Required Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in
Salesforce development, administration, and support . Deep knowledge of
Salesforce functionality , including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and page layouts. Experience in
creating reports, dashboards, and custom analytics . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with
Salesforce integrations, APIs, and data management tools . Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams. Experience with
release management, system upgrades, and feature deployments . Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Developer) are a plus. Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
preferred. Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Flow . Familiarity with
Salesforce best practices, security, and governance . Knowledge of
data migration, ETL processes, and Salesforce sandbox environments . Agile/Scrum methodology experience and participation in cross-functional projects.
