*Responsibilities:*
* Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
* Valid Washington State Physical Therapy license.
* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of orthopedic, sports, and spine rehabilitation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
