About
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient orthopedic physical therapy practice in Arvada, CO. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for physical therapy and have excellent interpersonal skills. This position offers an opportunity to work directly with the owner in a small and privately owned practice. Patients are scheduled 1:1 in 50 minute slots without double bookings and without the use of PTAs or technicians. This is a patient centered clinic where patient outcomes and satisfaction are the priority.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
* Provide hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, and exercises to improve patient outcomes
* Educate patients on at-home exercise plans
* Willingness to work with colleagues to solve complex cases
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
*Requirements:*
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
* Ideally experience in outpatient orthopedic clinics but new grads are also encouraged to apply
* Desire to work in a 1:1 setting
* Proficiency in manual therapy and belief in its benefits
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on a team and collaborate
*Compensation and Benefits:*
* Salary Range of $72,000-$85,000 based on experience
* Bonus structure with uncapped additional annual income
