DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

• Advanced Analytics and Reporting: Developing and maintaining sophisticated reporting tools, including Power BI dashboards, to provide actionable insights to the HR team and senior management.
  
• Strategic Data Management: Spearheading the management, analysis, and utilization of HR data, with a particular focus on HRIS, Compensation and Benefits and Recruitment, to support strategic decision-making.
  
• Leadership and Development: Leading and mentoring the HR Data Analyst, fostering an environment of professional growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  
• Innovative Predictive Modeling: Employing machine learning and predictive analytics to drive forward-looking HR strategy, particularly in areas such as employee attrition, engagement, and success is definitely a plus.
• Financial Analysis: Apply financial expertise to analyze and interpret HR data in the context of budgeting, cost management, and financial forecasting to inform strategic HR decisions.
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal People Analytics Senior Manager:

• A strong foundation in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI, and HRIS platforms or equivalents.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and spot what is relevant in terms of data metrics.
• A collaborative spirit, thriving in dynamic environments and contributing to a culture of innovation.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of team management and mentorship.
• Strong finance background, including relevant studies and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
