About

Interact Therapy is a locally owned pediatric therapy practice originally based in Fargo, ND, providing speech, occupational, and physical therapy services to children and families across the Fargo–Moorhead area. We're excited to be growing and expanding our reach to Grand Forks and the surrounding area!
Our interdisciplinary team delivers individualized, family-centered care through in-clinic sessions, school partnerships, home visits, and teletherapy. We pride ourselves on a collaborative, compassionate approach that empowers children and their caregivers while supporting professional growth and a strong team culture.
As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals find their voice—whether that means supporting clearer communication, safer swallowing, or building confidence through connection.
You’ll lead screenings and assessments and create personalized therapy plans that reflect each person's unique strengths, challenges, and goals. Success in this role means more than clinical skill; it requires empathy, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to meeting people where they are. We're looking for someone who is compassionate, curious, adaptable, and driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
