About
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry, that can work alongside in House specialist support. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine dental health status.
* Perform a variety of dental procedures of all ages, and identify referalls to in house specialists
* Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
* Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
* Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and preventive care.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to optimize patient flow and office operations.
*Requirements*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.
* Strong understanding of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and medical imaging techniques.
* Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with infection control standards and practices within a dental setting.
* Previous experience in a dental office or clinic environment is advantageous.
* Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively.
* Strong communication skills to interact positively with patients and team members. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $675.00 - $725.00 per day
